HIV concerns

Hi, so Thursday night I had sex with an escort. Yes very foolish it was my first time doing so and I plan on it being my last. I used a condom for oral and vaginal sex and did not kiss her. The next day I woke up around 6am to go to class and I began vomiting with abdominal pains and headache. That lasted until about 4pm. I also developed awful body aches and extreme fatigue. I've also had spurts of diarrhea throughout that day and the next day (which is today). Although i feel a lot better besides minor body aches, fatigue, and the diarrhea, I am worried. I am one to think the worst and over react but for some reason I have this thought that I have contracted hiv from this woman. If someone in the medical field may have some answers it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

So this is all coincidental? There has been a stomach bug going around my town, and for a few days felt under the weather. Can signs even show up that soon?
