Worried about hiv

Hi, about two weeks ago i had unprotected oral sex and protected sex with a sex worker. Big mistake i know. About a week later i have a sore throat and severe pain in the tip of my penis (constantly present) that feels alittle like burning but does not change wyen urinating. Feeling a little fatigued but no fever etc. Very concerned that i might be developing acute hiv symptoms.

You had PROTECTED insertive vaginal sex. NO RISK FOR HIV AND NO NEED TO TEST

You had UNPROTECTED oral sex which is NOT a risk for HIV but IS a risk for other sexually transmitted diseases and you should have a full STD panel done.

You are NOT developing acute HIV symptoms!
