Oraquick at 7.4 weeks

Hi I took hiv rna qualitative assay at 12 days came back negative also took quick ora at 61 days, was negative my exposure was oral sex. However I’ve noticed a little ball it’s some times painful in the back of my head where my neck connects I’m constantly touching it. Smaller then a pea and I only noticed it because I was looking up hiv symptoms and I seen swollen lymph nodes so I started feeling around. I have a 10 panel test in about 1-2 week what’s my chances of it changing to positive? My partner also was checked in late March (negative) we preformed oral sex on eachother February 13th. I’m just scared he got something and tested too early maybe?

Your risk never existed, therefore any test is waste of time and money and it will always come Negative.
