My man had flu like symptoms after performing oral.

My man gave me oral. After he was sick for 5 weeks. Fever, chills.
I’m not sleeping with anyone else,
I get tested regularly, last one was 2 months ago.
Is this possible that was given to him from my WhoHaa?
I don’t want him to get sick again, But I need,

The ways that people get HIV are from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  You can get other std's from oral but not a huge risk.  I always think it is a good idea for a couple to have routine screening done for std's.  Maybe the two of you should do that at a clinic which can then give you both confidence in a monogamous relationship.

You can't get HIV from oral and this is an HIV forum.
Since you didn't give dates, your post is not clear if he is still sick. He should see a doctor if he is still sick, otherwise move one.
