Needble *****

Me and my girlfriend went to hospital for routine general check up...

theres a lot of needles without cap and one of the needle is very near to me...I noticed only when the needle already stucked my fingers.The blood went outside the skin.  I got the needle i take in my house i clean it and put in the hot water for almost 1 hour. so i noticed that the needle is hollow.

1. In my incident theres a risk of hiv? or Hepatitis?

YES, unfortunately there is a risk for hepatitis. U need far less virus concentrartion for Hepatitis than for HIV. Though the risk is still low, but yes, exist! I agree with Teak, no HIV concern. NONE!
