Fever, Oral Ulcers and Diarrhea

Few weeks after sex with an occasional partner I had Fever, Oral Ulcers and Diarrhea.
Yes, I do know that these are some usual symptoms in the Acute HIV infection.
However I did use condom and am sure it was used correctly without skin contact for all of the sex acts.

The only exception I can think about is when she massaged my urethra with her finger tips, but that is an indirect contact and I am neither sure she had her vaginal fluids on her hands, perhaps she had not.
Given the above I am supposing it cannot be HIV.

What was it then?
