HIV via Pimples at the root of my pubic hair

I had sex with my wife who is already on ARV's for about 2yrs. I am negative, after the sex while removing the condom i noticed that the pimple at the root of one my pubic hair which i had pressed two days before was being painful, i was not sure if the condom covered it during sex or not. But it was already two days ago that i pressed that pimple with the hair still on it.

I want to know if i am at the risk of HIV transmission, should i worry and can i take TRUVADA just in case. Please help me out i am really freaking here. This is my wife for about 10yrs now and i cannot abandon my family because my wife is HIV +

I need an honest answer please,

HIV can't infect you outside of the body--transmission takes place inside the body.You're safe.

There is nothing further to inform you--what happened was not a risk & you have been told why.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child

That is not a mode of HIV transmission.
