Clarification

okay, I am a pain in the A#% I know, recently a FDA approved homeaccess returned a negative result and prior to that regular blood draws returned negative at 7 & 10 weeks.

Two days later, after the 12 weeks homeaccess, the doc had some additional bloodwork to rule out an STD that had been forgotten to be tested for earlier on....

He included another blood draw for HIV.....

Came back as "non-reactive #"  the lab reference range = not dectected

the # on the bottom of the result = alphanumeric abnormal

What the heck does this mean?  previous posts state that "non-reactive = negative" but I could not find anything regarding the "alphanumeric abnormal" aspect of the result...

Please....

again, I have crohn's - but currently not on immunosuppresents for it....

Thank you!
