I had sex with a man and we used condoms. He took the condom off and came behind ne and was touching my butt with his bare penis. He got excited again and İ dont know if any pre *** was on his penis while he was tapping it on my butt cheeks. I am not even worried about that really. I am worried that i think İ felt his penis touch in between my butt cheeks for a second. İf he had precum on the tip of his penis could I be infected
You can't get HIV from just touching. It requires intercourse, either vaginal or anal. (or sharing IV drug needles). Transmission takes place only in the body as air and saliva inactivate the virus. Is there a chance you are going through a really anxious period? If you talk to your doctor about anxiety it may help.

I understand. Working on the anxiety portion of the problem should greatly help you enjoy your anxiety and that means working with a doctor or therapist to treat it.
