Please help. Anxieiety from HIV tests.

64 days ago I received unprotected oral sex from a woman where I climaxed in her mouth. At 4 days after and five and a half weeks after(38 days) I had HIV tests that both came back negative. Since then I've had people tell me from I never had a risk to begin with to If I take another test at the three month mark I will have another negative result. My problem Is my mind won't accept the negative results. My fear is HIV could still develop if I was exposed. I've not yet had flu or fever. Since last week I've had a slight back soreness/pain about a third of the way up my back. Last night I had two separate night sweats where by back was covered with sweat but It wasn't the type where the sheets are drenched. I know lower back pain and night sweats can be symptoms of HIV and this has my anxiety high. I really need advice to help calm me down. Please anybody.

By any chance can I private message you? I just don't want to get warned with this site thinking I can't move on. It's about specific symptoms in general I have a question about.

What about the risk from the open-mouth kissing with tongues?

You never had a risk nor did you need testing.
