Can someone please answer me?

Had sex with a girl where condom broke, week later we both test negative and the last person she was with was 2 months earlier. Now a month after my exposure with her i got what seems to be a pimple on my arm that went away after a few days but i still have a mark and it looks like a ring of dry skin around it, now yesterday on my left tonsil i noticed this reddish round spot on it, when poked i got a little blood on the cotton swab, overall it doesnt' hurt much i just feel some pain when i swallow only on that side of my mouth. With school starting again i don't need all this stress can someone please help me out here even if its to tell me i am crazy and i have nothing to worry about.

thank you

Decided to go for the 1 month test tomorrow, how accurate is 1 month? Also have a doctors appointment for the throat after.

Well she tested with me and the last person she was with before me was 2 months prior, i was told 2 months is pretty accurate. So if shes negative after 2 months then her chances of having HIV are slim and that should mean so are mine...But I cant find any information about my tonsil, teak hasn't responded to my message either..
