Hi,I had protected sex with two different sex worker in the course of two month.I think my condom slip a little cuz when I finish ,the condom was push upwards  and her vaginal fluid is all around the condom. After around 1 month plus,I have a one- day fever and sore throat at but I quickly recovery for that.

I got  worried and I went to take a HIV test and I got negative.I was super relieved. However,my runny nose(even after 1 week from the test) is still there and recently there is red, maculopapular looking like dots appearing on my  chest.

I took another test today and the result was negative but I am still very worried as my runny nose is still on(there is some blood when I blow it

I am really reallyvworried, can anyone advise me on this situation(I am really scared)

I don't see it HIV related.
Perhaps a visit to your Dr and have him/her examine you will help your stress.

If you know the condom stayed on enough to isolate you from her fluids that you said in your original post where "all around the condom ", then you had no risk for hiv.
Your two tests are conclusive concerning this experience if that's the case.

If you know or believe the condom slip allowed her vaginal fluid to mingle with the tip of your penis (urethra) then you should test for hiv.
If you know it remained covered you have no risk.
What tests did you take and how soon after your last possible risk did you take it?
