Please Help ..Lots of Anxiety from a Stupid mistake

I was in costa rica and i of course purchased a sexworker.  we went back to the hotel and she began to give me oral sex without a condom for a long time.  i kept getting soft and couldnt not get fully up because my mind was distracted by the fact that she was a sex worker.  then she put the condom on and i attempted to have sex but i got soft she took the condom off continue giving me a oral sex  then put condom back on attempted to have sex and i got soft inside her and when i pulled out condom was off.  Then more ******* and then finally put on another condom and had sex but when i pulledout i was soft again the condom was no where to be seen and when she pulled it out no semen was inside of it. She told me i could ejaculate in her mouth but i did not .  when i got home from costa rica i had diaherea for two weeks and now 25 days later i had a sore throat, ihave been extremely tired, cough, runny nose, what i think is thrush on my tongue, loss of appetite becausei have not been eating normally, my lower back has been aching, and i have had multiple nights of sweating.   I went and got test on the 25 th day after possible exposure and it was negative and i know it takes up to 6 months.  is this a coincidence or am i at high risk .  want to add that i am circumcised male and the sex was with a female.( unless i was fooled into a tranny).  I cannot sleep and feel my heart drop daily.  I am very scared.  I would like to lay out the timeline as well.  when i got home from costa rica i had diahrea for the first 2 weeks althoug not liquid just not solid diahereaa.  weeks 2 and 3 i  slept most of those weeks and week 4 i got the sore throat, loss of appetite, wieght loss, thrush, muscle ache and night sweats. It seems as if i got the flu thats going around but i am very worried i may be in grave danger and if so what i can do to help myself

now i am experiencing some joint pain in my elbow and knees i just got over having a runny nose cough etc.,  and i have lost some weight but im gaining appetite back and all ...if the semen was not at the tip of the condom when she pulled it out, may i please have your opinion as to where the semen went, because that is why i think the condom slipped off.  thank you teak

just had  a western blot done at 28 days along with herpers 1 and 2 and hep c all cam back negative, still waiting on syphilis chlamydia and ghonnorea.  do people with hiv usually have more than one std or do most just carry hiv alone. can i get a response longer than one line please to put me at ease i have an exam to study for

What if it slipped off while inside the sex worker and also there was no semen in side the condom when she pulled it out.  what about receiving oral sex with out a condom .... I hope your right and i was not at risk but i had diahreaa for first 2 weeks when i got home and now im sick.. is a pcr test accurate enough to ease my mind until the 3 month mark

It was not correctly used because you didn't hold onto the base of the condom when withdrawing. You did not have a risk.

also the sex was not for very long 10 minutes max total for both times we had sex and the oral sex was probably for a good 30 minutes total.... i was wondering if the diahrea could have been travelers diahrea and this cold is just a coincidence. ..as you can tell im really worried... im thinking about going to get a pcr test asap how accurate do you think that will be if the encounter was march 12-15

Hey Teak I definitely think i had exposure especially when i pulled out.. the condom was not used properly.  I also would like say as far as last weekend i was out till 5 am both nights and smoke a lot of cigarettes which may have weakened my immune system.

How can you say no exposure when the condom came off while he was inside her.  Would that not be considered unprotected

You never had an exposure and had you had an exposure 3 months is conclusive not 6 months.
