Please Urgent Help

Hello i had unprotected sex with unknown status woman one time only
and after more "15" weeks i went to a very reputable French Lab in my country and did HIV test and this what it says :
"ELECTROCHIMILUMINESCENCE"
Ag p 24 + Anticorps anti-HIV(1+2)  :  Ne'gatif
Please what is this test ?
what generation belong ?
do i need further testing ?

i found its ECLIA and its very different than ELISA ?
