Please help - ARS symptoms

Hi thank you in advance for any advice and comments which may or may not ease my day.

There are a couple of factors which have suggested to me that i may have been exposed to the virus, i have read pots after posts on this forum and have restrained from posting before i know for sure what i want to ask.
Before i shoot my questions, i want to clarify a couple of things which i have learnt from this forum:

1.the receiving of oral sex is virtually no risk, or low risk, or lets say 1:20,000..
2.ars symptoms occurs 2-4 weeks after exposure and lasts normally 1-2 weeks
3.protected vaginal sex is safe sex
4.symptoms cannot be used to confirm an infection, testing can.

So, getting back to why i have been freaking out for the past 2 months, I received unprotected oral sex from a sex worker with unknown hiv status and then had protected vaginal sex relatively, this routine happened twice consecutively and the second time round the condom was taken off and finished off with a unprotected oral again.
what happened seemed to be safe in regards to hiv as many experts would say here in this forum.

But around 2 weeks after this event i developed a fever and on and off headaches and fatigue. this lasted for 4-5 days.
I dont exactly know if it was a fever but it certainly felt like one without nightsweats, but made me feel extremely tired and extremely out of state, drowsy, tired and complete loss of appetite. I want to know if it is ars fever, would this fever be so high that i would not be able to attend my 9 - 5 work?.. or would it be a tolerable low grade fever? I dont recall feeling like this in the past, although i maybe wrong because im just freaked out and im prepared for the worst.

the second thing which suggests this is that the same symptoms appeared with a usual sex partner which i see often and always have unprotected vaginal sex with, her hiv status is negative for sure.9days after my possible exposure when i havnt yet expereienced my symptoms, i had one episode of unprotected vaginal sex with her. exactly 13 days later she also had the exact same symptoms, loss of appetite, feeling of malaise, headache and loss of appetite, on that same day we discussed the symptoms i was feeling exactly the same symptoms. It could be a flu or cold we both caught at the same time, but it felt weird, unlike a normal cold, due to the malaise, loss of appetite and fever-ish feeling. as far as i know two weeks is 14 days, but 13 days is close enough to be in the range for ars? she didnt update me further on her symptoms but they seemed to have gone away the same day as mine did.

Please advise me further...........THANKS

That you will have to see a doctor on if they concern you. It doesn't have anything to do with HIV.
