Please Help me possible HIV contraction?

I am a female in my early 20's. On April 26th, almost 2 weeks ago, I had unprotected vaginal sex. I took Plan B less than 12 hours after, and today I started a very heavy period, so pregnancy isn't a concern at the moment. I have talked to my partner since this encounter and he has assured me that he does not have any disease at all but you never know. Since before this incident, I have had canker sores in my mouth, maybe since around the 23 of April. As some go away, more pop up. Now I am a very anxious (and depressed) individual, but over the past few days, more things have been happening. My lymph nodes in my neck are totally swollen, I have a very sore throat, earache in both ears, and my canker sores are still here. I'm always nauseous and wake up in a cold sweat most nights. I am so worried that I might have herpes (cankers) or HIV that I cannot function these days. What are my odds of getting HIV from one unprotected vaginal session?? Thank you so much.
