Risk assessment

I was recently with a guy I have known for 5 years. We usually get together 3 or 4 times a year. In the past it has only been protected oral. Last time I performed unprotected oral on him for about a minute followed by protected oral, scrotum licking and ended with him ejaculating on me (no cuts or broken skin). Was there any risk from this encounter? I am fairly sure he is negative but can't be 100 percent sure. Any advise would be helpful. Thanks.
