is itchy scrotum due to hiv or not, the itchy feeling comes and goes its like an attack.
Get checked for diabetes if you never had sexual contact.It can also be due to bad hygene and untreated infection.
itchy scrotum can be caused by various reasons eg. fungal infection, skin diseases and STDs. but i doubt its due to HIV. go to your nearest doctor and check it out. for peace of mind get a HIV test.
