You were not advised that you had a low risk. You were advised that you had NO risk. You are testing for a disease that you were never exposed to, so any test you take at any time will be conclusive, and negative.
Not sure why you keep asking questions here when you don't accept any of the advice and instead claim you know you had a risk.
Consider therapy for your hiv fixation. There are 5,000 diseases and conditions that you can actually have yet you are fixated on one you can't have.
