Please help!!!

Dec 8, 2011 had protected vaginal sex with a SW.  No oral sex took place.  Jan 17, 2012 i took a clearview rapid test and came back negative.  That was exactly 40 days after possible exposure.  I am worried because i started developing red spots on my tongue that look like erythematous candidiasis.  My dentist did not seem concerned with the red spots.  I went to my doctor and he thought it was geographic tongue.  He also gave me nystatin just in case it was candidiasis.  Took the nystatin for 6 days now and most of the spots have cleared up.  Now im freaking out thinking it really was candidiasis :(

Please help if you can.

What was my risk exposure?
How accurate is my test results at 40 days?
Is candidiasis considered and ARS symptom?

See a doctor if you are concerned you do not have an HIV concern.

I hope someone can help me :(
past 10 weeks have been hell :(
I know you guys told me i had no risk and I appreciate all the response.
I'm just so confused about the cracks on my tongue that i think can be erythemous candidiasis.  When i saw my doctor he told me he didnt believe it was candidiasis but gave me nystatin, which i told for 10 days, and all the cracks on my tongue healed.  Now a week ago the cracks came back :(
I just don't understand...was it candidiasis in the beginning and now its back?  Please someone help me if you can?  If anybody has any information or knowledge on candidiasis please share.

Sex workers are out to protect themselves from you. They use the correct condoms. Lamb skin condoms are not latex and no they do not protect against HIV and STDs.

can you please explain correctly?  I normally roll the condom onto my penis and after sex i fill with water to make sure it does not leak.  What are the chances a sex worker is not using latex condoms?  I read that lamb skin condoms do not protect against HIV?

Latex condoms, when used consistently and correctly, are highly effective in preventing the sexual transmission of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. In addition, consistent and correct use of latex condoms reduces the risk of other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), including diseases transmitted by genital secretions, and to a lesser degree, genital ulcer diseases. Condom use may reduce the risk for genital human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and HPV-associated diseases, e.g., genital warts and cervical cancer.

When condoms are used correctly and consistently and provided they don't break they are 100% reliable against HIV transmission.

I understand my risk was low, but im so worried about the possible thrush in my mouth.  And like i said it seems to have gotten better after taking the nystatin.
