Posible exposure hand

Hello today while I was at the gas station here in Mexico, as I was paying the person that pumps the gas I gave himthe money and his hand touched mine which has open skin or peeled skin just above were the cuticle or nail, if his hand had blood or were bleeding would I have any risk, the exchange lasted less than five seconds, or if my skin was fresh, but it seems to be like a couple hours old or maybe a day, would there be a risk for hiv, it just seemed redish but no bleeding
