Possible HIV Exposure

Hi Guys. I had a few protected sexual encounters with a male of unknown status. Exactly three weeks after the last possible exposure i came down with a bad case of tonsillits on the one side of my throat. Only one tonsils was painful and swollen and the lymph node on the same side, as far as in know no other lymph nodes were swollen, ear ache on the same side and experienced some dizziness the morning before i went to see the doctor. The doctor said my temperature was normal, but this could possibly be because i took pain medication before i went to see her, and she prescribed antibiotics.

As far as i know nothing went wrong with the condoms, but i do feel that these not so common symptoms is too much of a coinsidence?? By the off chance that something went wrong, does this sound like common early hiv symptoms?

We don't talk about symptoms because they are non-specific.

I'm just worried that something might have gone wrong with the condom and i didnt notice it. Does my symptoms sound similar to that of early hiv?

you never had a risk from having protected sex and do NOT need testing
