Possible HIV/STD symptoms?

About 3.5 weeks ago (24 days), I had sex with a commercial sex worker. I have had no previous history of any STI/STD.  I received unprotected oral sex and during the vaginal intercourse the condom came off a few times (had to replace), and I think there may have been a point where my penis was inside uncovered.  Since then I have been extremely paranoid and suffering guilt/anxiety.  Two weeks after the encounter, I developed a headache with chills/night sweats (that lasted one night) and diarrhea (yellow mucus) lasting a week.  There was a bug going around my colleagues with the same exact symptoms so hopefully I had what they did. I am also in a foreign country and may have been suffering from Traveler's Diarrhea/food poisoning. After feeling normal again (about three weeks after the encounter), I masturbated, went on a run, and sat in a dry sauna for 15 minutes.  When in the shower I noticed a faint light splotch on the tip of my penis (very difficult to see, painless, no itch).  After a couple days it went away.  A few days later I masturbated again and when in the shower, I noticed a small patch of red bumps on the front tip of my penis (no itch/pain).  These also went away the next day.  I think it may be irritation due to masturbating/sweating.  I also have felt tenderness in one of my testicles/groin area, but it could be all in my head due to anxiety/paranoia.  I don't feel any symptoms at this point in time; I honestly feel that my anxiety played a large role in any/all symptoms I experienced except for the diarrhea.  Is the diarrhea bout anything to worry about/does it sound like acute HIV infection?

No it does not appear std related at all. Topical stds would be herpes and syphilis and what your describing doesnot match those type of sores.

Thank you for the answer.  Hopefully it is just some form of irritation.

Hi, we dont use symptoms to diagnose HIV infection only testing would confirm hiv. We only advise risk and unprotected vaginal sex with a sex worker would be considered high risk If your concered you can take the DUO test at 28 days but the odds you contracted hiv from what you describe from a one time affair are pretty slim and nothing to be overly anxious about.

Thank you for the response.  After my recent comment, while in the shower, I noticed a red circle on the glans of my penis (a quarter the size of a dime).  It does not itch or hurt.  I thought I may have noticed this a few days ago, and confirmed it today.  It hasn't gotten worse in the past few days, but I can definitely see it when very carefully observing.  Does this sound like any STD?
