Hello there, I have read most posts about possible exposure. The consensus seems to be that you cannot get HIV from ingesting lactated milk as an adult or from kissing.
Be that as it may, this is my background. I tested negative for HIV about 8 months ago. I had no symptoms and it was just routine.
Since then, I have had encounters with three women. The first one was lactating as she had a child that she was currently breastfeeding. The penetrative sex with her involved the use of a condom, however, I bit gently on her breast and tasted what must have been the faintest trace of milk. I must have swallowed it. I met and had sex with her the same day; she was a friend of my male neighbour. This was seven months ago.
The second girl involved the use of a condom for penetrative sex, however, there was cunnilingus. She was a friend I had been trying to sleep with since high school. This was about six weeks ago.
The third was a topless dancer I met one night in a bar that took a liking to me. We had sex in my car, which became hot beyond reason (i don't know if this matters). A condom was used for penetration but she gave me a blowjob without one that lasted for three minutes all in all. That was 17 days ago.
I have had no symptoms apart from what could be attributed to anxiety which I truly developed after my father died. Pain in the chest and fatigue from worry.
Is there anything I should be worried about?
