Possibly infected by HIV

Hi, I am a 28 year old straight male from the Philippines. I had sex last May 16, 2014 with a new escort. She had been in a monogamous relationship for 3 years before entering the trade and said that she has never had unprotected vaginal sex with any other man aside from her ex. We had 2 protected deeds and one unprotected deed lasting 15 to mins. The oral sex was unprotected. She tried to stop me when i entered her but i guess the moment both got us off guard. A week after that (May 23 to 24) I felt fatigued, mildly feverish and I developed the following symptoms:

1.) A fever around between 38 to 39 (which stopped on the 29th or 30th). However because of my neck I still feel feverish somewhat.
2.) Sore throat lasting from 23 to the 31st.
3) Chills every time I am in a cold environment (from the 27th to the 30th)
4) Minor oral thrush and some white patches on my tongue (at the back of my throat, none on my lips)
5) Soreness at the back and side of neck (not stiff, I can still turn my head without any sharp pain) from the 30th till now (it seems to be going away now).
6.) Right now I have no sharp soreness in my mouth but It does feel weird when I swallow food. It doesn't hurt but It feels like there is something in my esophagus. And my tongue has this mild prickly like sensation.
7.) Rashes which appeared a day after I took amoxicillin. Nothing major. But there have been some itchiness in the neck area, some parts of the legs, a little redness on some parts of the face.

I am still taking amoxicillin (May 28 to the 6th) as prescribed by my doctor.

I have lost a bit of weight because of lack of appetite and because of anxiety thinking I might have gotten HIV.

The female I had sex with assured me that she didn't had any sickness prior to our encounter and that aside from her ex I was the only one that penetrated her w/out rubber. She did agree to have herself tested along with myself in a couple of weeks.

Can someone tell me if I got some form of STD (specifically HIV) from this girl?

Hi Teak,

     We did have one unprotected vaginal though.

     Now I am freaking out. My sore throat is no more but it is a bit itchy.

You never had an exposure. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.

Oh and other details I forgot to mention:

I also had 1 to 2 loose stooles a day and 1 or 2 watery stools on the third or fourth day and that persisted for about 3 or 4 days.

The fatigue lasted less than a week

and I also had a scheduled STD test on the 28th which came out negative.
