Lifestyle and HIV

Hello to All

Coming directly to what my lifestyle has been in the last one year.
I have been with about 14 different CSWs in the last one year..Protected Oral..Sometimes unprotected Oral
Always had Protected vaginal without exception. No condom breakages.
And now i am returning back to my country to be with my wife so i am a bit worried now.

Please comment on my HIV risk.

Yes it IS the sex life style you chose to participate in. A lifestyle with multiple unprotected sex partners is a BIG risk. Get tested for HIV!!!!

you don't have hiv but there is a possibilty of getting some stds due to the unprotected oral sex.  so you can have unprotected sex with her and not worry about transmitting hiv.  get an std test.

Honestly i am not worrying about it much as i was always protected.
But you know sometimes my mid starts thinking some what if kind of things.
As i told, i am returning back to be with my wife, can i have unprotected sex with her or should i wait until i test?

P.S.: This has to be my last post :-)

1. It's neither, it's the risk you take.
2. Yes
3. I wouln't worry about it but you can test when you go in for your annual STD tests.

Thank You Teak for the kind assurance.

Can you please help me with the below two queries:

[1] I read somewhere (may be here itself) that it is the behaviour that is risky and not the people. Is it really true? I mean if i am using a condom correctly and consistently, then it doesnt matter whether i am with my wife or a CSW?

[2] Do the condoms really provide that kind of safety and security against HIV if used correctly and consistently? I saw it written on the condom packs that they are highly effective against HIV but dont gurantee it?

[3] How much should i worry when i go for my annual HIV test?

It's not your lifestyle it's the risks you take that you need to concern yourself with and you have done everything to protect yourself and at no time were at risk of contracting HIV. You should have annual oral STD check ups. Keep using the condoms.
