Query on HIV

i have met with a gay last week. We have some fun and he is rubbing his penis on my *** without a condom.
Lastly he was penetrate onto my *******, on the surface of my *** entrance hole. His penis did not go inside my ***.
Will i having any risk of HIV?

You never had an exposure, you did not have your splinter muscle penetrated.

He penetrate on the surface of my anus and i feel the sperm around there. His penis just touching on my anus and rub around the anus area. His penis did not go in my anus. (Without condom). So is me having the risk?

Did he or did he not penetrate your anus without a condom?

If he did you need to test. If he didn't you don't!
