Question about HIV

I haven't been feeling great the past year or so. It was over 14 months since I had unprotected sex. I went for a GI scope, and tons of blood tests, ekg and 24 hour holter tests. My doctor thinks that it is all stress and anxiety related and put me on Citalopram. I have been feeling the following: heart palpitations, shortness of breath (sometimes... might be as I am overweight), loose stooles (but not diarrhea), feel light headed sometimes randomly, visual changes sometimes but not blurry. I do not have any ulcers or stuff on my tongue and in my mouth, I do not have any swollen lymph nodes. My throats was hurting me earlier in the spring but my ENT doctor looked and said that it was most likely a pinched nerve and did not see any issues. I have also had acid reflux and heartburn. I feel tired some days. My back has been bothering me a bit too.

Let me know as I have been stressing like very crazy that I have HIV.... many people have been saying that these symptoms are not in line. But just looking for another opinion.
Thanks. I been having lots of anxiety regarding this.

No one discusses symptoms as they are not related specifically to HIV.  Please simply have any HIV test.  At this point, ANY HIV test you take will be conclusive.  There is no other way to diagnose HIV.
