Just touching the vagina with Penius casue AIDS?

I am a 30-year old male. Day or before i encountered an stripper, i don't know whether she had HIV or STD. This was first of any such encounter in my life. Actually we smooched and i sucked her nipples as well. After the ** session, i went on for intercourse but i did not do that. the situation was, i touched her vagina with my penis,(no insertion whatsoever happend, just touched it and withdraw from that. i must tell you she was probably not wet when i touched her privates. i am worried can i get HIV or any STD by these acts? and just this feeling is scarry, should i get soem tests done, if yes then when should i do that?

no risk with oral sex. you have been told this on the STD form.

Some how the commanly used term for oral sex got asterisked, so am putting the question for that again, I've read at many places, oral sex can cause AIDS and STD, is it so? she gave me oral for quite some time, am i at risk?

HIV is an extremely fragile virus and only transmitted in very specific environments. Your situation put you at absolutely NO risk. No need to test over this encounter.
regarding hiv...you did not put yourself at risk.
