The Chances are?

Okay, it's been a long time so far.

I'm 21 gay male, I once had unprotected sex with another guy who claimed to be negative, during the exposure, I was the reciever, and he did not ejaculate.

After the exposure, I did not get any of the common early symptoms of HIV, however I did get massive acne (pustules).
all around my face and that seemed odd especially when it occured after the exposure.
Also a painless cyst-sort-of thing appeared inside my lower lip, perhaps it's herpes or a mucocele. It's gone now and if it's herpes, it will be back so I'll know.

Now I know these symptoms are not the usually common early HIV symptoms, but having them right after the exposure seems odd and I cannot stop being worried.

The problem is, I do not remember the date of the day I had sex, I think it was between the end of february or the begining of march, so out off panic, I did a test which was a bit early from the exposure, perhaps I could say it was after a month or something, from the day of the exposure. And another one which was more than two month or two monthes and a half from the day of the exposure.

Both results were negative and I hear people telling me to go on and live my life, but I keep feeling worried, especially when I couldn't find an explaination to the massive breakouts.

Could these two tests be false or non-accurate? can acne be a symptom of HIV or any other STD?

No they aren't conclusive. A 3 month test is conclusive.

That is  question. Are the two tests results I have conclusive or not?

If you had unprotected anal or vaginal sex, go get your conclusive test. HIV has no specific symptoms and cannot be diagnosed by symptoms.
