Question on HIV transmission

Last week I had an encounter with a sex worker in Kenya. We had no vaginal or oral sex, but she did masturbate me and I ejaculated on her breasts. There was contact between her hands and breasts with my penis (I was not wearing a condom). I did not observe any cuts or wounds on her hands or breasts. What is my risk of contracting HIV?

Your risk from this encounter is absolutely zero.

Sexually, HIV is transmitted via unprotected vaginal/anal intercourse. Any other sexual contact is theoretical. In your case, there is no risk, even in theory.
