Question on exposure and symptoms

Dear Dr.Hunter, I am a man and had sex with a high-end CSW (woman) in South America on two occasions. On both occasions we had protected vaginal sex and unprotected receptive oral (no more than two minutes oral on both occasions) and on one occasion I fingered her for no more than one minute. The next day I noticed a small cut on one of my fingers, although I am not sure if that was the finger I used and if the cut was made after or before the above-mentioned event. The cut was 1/2 cm long and although it was kind of reddish it was already healing.
6 weeks after the second episode I experienced a mild flu with some breathing problems that passed after 2 days with flu medication. I did not experience rash, fever, night sweats or any other symptom that may suggest ARS.
However, 5 months after the second episode I started to feel a slight chest pain. I went to see my doctor and he made a full checkup (no HIV test) since I was still not considering that possibility at that time. Everything came back normal and he told me that that the slight pain may be stress-related and he suggested more exercise and a better diet. The thing is I am still feeling that slight pain in my chest. It is not there all the time but I can feel it every day for the last 3 months and a week ago it became stronger after I experienced a sore throat and some coughing. 6 months after the second episode I experienced some pain in my joints and muscles that lasted for 2 days and then disappeared as well as some pimples on my forehead, which is not common for me.

Below you will find my questions:
1. Based on my two sex encounters what are my chances of contracting HIV?
2. The flu I had six weeks after the second encounter may be ARS related?
3. The symptoms I experienced 5 and 6 months after the second encounter my be HIV related?
4. Do you recommend testing?
