Oral sex without a condom, HIV+ guy please advise!

This was so stupid of me. Smh. I went to a gay club for the 2nd time ever and ended up with a guy who performed oral sex on me for about 30 minutes or so when then decided to tell me that "i have hiv but its cool because this is safe". Wtf. All i kept thinking was "what freaking luck".  I literally pulled my penis out of his mouth and hit the door. I am terrified now about that incident and cannot shake these eerie feelings that i might have been infected. Its been 3 weeks since and nothing yet. I have been reading and it seems i am in the clear but do i need testing? Was this an exposure? I have no idea if he had any cuts or anything in his mouth so i am pretty concerned. Im trying to remain calm. Hope to hear from you all soon.

Thank you man. I appreciate the response, I guess I can easy now. But I feel like him doing that is pretty illegal dont you think. I should have gotten his status before we started messing around (I mean I didnt ask so it is partially my fault too). Maybe all the symptoms I thought I had was all anxiety then.
