Rapid HIV tests

HI all,

I'm from china, Shanghai. 14 weeks ago I had a crazy night. I had a unprotected sex with a CSW.
I waited 12 weeks and had 2 rapid saliva tests. Called AWARE Oral test. Also 2 Rapid blood tests.
All 4 tests came back negative and all gave me just the control red line. My concern is I had a rash at 4 week mark. That was in only between Elbow and wrist of the arm and it was a scattered red bumps. I though this may be a HIV ARS rash.

Can I relax? Do I need to go for a Lab based test? Is my tests conclusive?

This is China, Do you really think that I need to have a lab based test? I don't think any of these tests approved by CDC But AWARE oral test is said to used for USAID funded projects. Can I move on happily? How about the rash? It came with some Tiredness and vision problems.
