Rapid Testing accuracy at 3 months mark

After getting tested at 3 months mark (12 weeks), I was negative. However my doctor said that most people (97%) will develop enough antibody to be detected. and there is still 3% chance I may turn positive. She recommended me to come at 6 months mark. I lived in Indonesia, a developing country, I'm worried the rapid testing used is not as reliable in developed countries. Should I be worried?
