Razor cuts on penis and fresh blood

Hi,
probably this questions has been answered many times here. But I have some scary feeling. Would be good to have some feedback from you.
Yesterday I shaved my penis area about 2h before sex. Then I had a protected sex. After that went to bathroom and noticed that I have many small red cuts/dots close to base of penis. actually there were kind of 3 slightly red spots of about 0,5cm on the penis where the skin has been damaged. I pressed one of them and a tiny drop of blood came out. I didn't notice them while shaving. Then there was no bleeding. But today I have those spots dark red. And of course, condom didn't cover them during sex, but they were inside vagina.

Thanks Teak!|
Do you mean that even those tiny open cuts were inside vagina in contact with vaginal fluids - doesn't matter?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
