Really freaking Out about HIV and other sti's

Ok, so last march, I was diagnosed with syphilis. Got treated with the series of shots in my butt and I was fine! For the next year, I was in a monogomous relationship. In may of 2012, I became sexually active with other people for the first time in over a year. Throughout that year of monogamy, I had red dry patches on the head of my penis which I later came to find that it was thrush! (self diagnosis based on research) it has never gone away. Well now, i have recently had unprotected oral sex with 5 partners, and  unprotected anal with 3 out of those 5. Although, to my knowledge, there was no internal ejaculations, I am very very terrified of being HIV+. I heard that people who have tested positive for syphilis are at more risk than others at catching the HIV virus. It's been about 3 or 4 days since the time I think it may have happened! I have a little scratch in my throat, swollen lymph nodes in my groin, very slight abdominal pain and MAYBE some joint pain, but I don't know if I'd label it as joint pain or discomfort. My arms just get tired quickly. I'm really really freaking out. I asked all of the men that I was physical with about their status, and they all replied negative which provided a little comfort, but still very freaked out. I'm going to get tested tomorrow, but it takes 3 months for the HIV virus to be visible in the blood! Am I being too crazy of a hypochondriact? Please help me!

To early. Symptoms or lack of will never tell you anything about your status.

I know! Considering it's only been a matter of days, could these symptoms that I described be early symptoms of HIV? Or is it too early to tell?

You put yourself at risk you need to test. Your 3 months post exposure test will be conclusive.
