Really scared HIV Please help!

Doc I'm a 25 year old AA male had unprotected sex with a AA female x2 in one day. My concern is with in 2 weeks I tested positive for chlamidia and the 3rd week I was experiencing flank pain and tested positive for UTI. The medication for chlamidia has worked rapidly, no discharge tinge in the uretha nothing. I'm on cipro for the UTI, I have 3 more 500 mili pills left. The left flank pain does not seem to be getting better its not extreme but I feel it. I also have lower back pain which feels like I have 5-8 lbs of pressure. I can eat though I been so depressed and scared that I don't. Also She said she tested negative for HIV and al Std in january...How did I get chlamidiya and then after sex she told me she was on her cycle and she didn't know it came all of a sudden. I know that dramatically increases my chance of HIV...I haven't had any other symptoms other than flank and lower back pain so far, I also took a 2 and 3 week HIV test negative also 4 week ora quick hiv test negative. What are my chances? Honesty please preparing for the worst hoping for the best :(

UTIs can really knock you for six and can easily be the sole cause of your specific symptoms. I am sure that you know this. I see that you didn't get any medication for your UTI until you'd had it for 3 weeks. That tells me why you have that flank pain. It's going to take a couple more weeks before that pain dies down.
Please try to force yourself to eat because your body really needs that nutrition. I know that it is not easy to eat but lack of food will also have a severe effect on your mental state and send you further down physically. That happened to me and so I hope that you will not go that way. Drink enough fluids too so that your kidneys can do their job and you do not become dehydrated. Your 28 day result is great. You should be looking to get over your UTI now and not anticipating the worst.

Did a PCR DNA @ 28 days negative...Waiting until August to get official results. If they cant detect the virus prayerful their wont be any Ant-bodies :o)
Can't tell you your chances, but clearly you got chlamydia from that girl. Why not have her take an HIV test? Test again at 6-8 weeks and then again at 3 months for a conclusive result.
