Really worried

This is what happened:
More than a month ago (on August 5th) I had sex with a female friend, I used protection, but there was a little bit of oral sex, like...less than a minute, I would say.
Everything was OK, but two weeks ago, I started to have something like a common cold, I had runny nose, and sneezing. I took some pills, and the runny nose and the sneezing were gone...but I still have some nasal congestion.
I have been taking antibiotics, and also, my doctor gave me two shots of antibiotics, but I still have the nasal congestion...And a pharyngitis, the weird thing is...that it doesn't hurts me, I don't feel pain in my throat, difficulty to swallow or to breathe, the doctor said it doesn't look bad, just irritated, but...I know that pharyngitis is part of the ARS and I'm freaking out...
I'm really afraid...I went to get tested after 56 days, and the result was negative. I'm so scared and sad...everyone keeps telling me that I'm OK, but...I'm really worried...

Well, I haven't had fever, or a very sore throat, I have a sore throat indeed, the pharyngitis, but it hasn't been painful or annoying...and since it's still here, after more than two weeks, with the congestion, and without other symptoms, would it be safe to say that it isn't ARS?
I had three spots on an arm, like mosquito bites, but they disappeared like in three days, and haven't seen anything like it on my torso or trunk

Someone told me that it didn't look like rash at all...so I kind of dismissed this event.
I can barely sleep now, and I'm really hoping I don't have anything...

Ok,classic ARS symptoms are very high fever, very sore throat and rash on trunk--torso and limbs that doesn,t itch. They don,t come and go.They appear 2 to 4 weeks after infection and last anywhere between 4 days and 2 weeks.

I'm not planning to become the typical obsessive or stubborn poster who just doesn't want to go away, but I'd really want to know if my condition is weird or possibly related to the ARS...it's almost a month since it started, and well, it began four weeks after being with my friend, I've read in some places that the ARS is like a flu, say...with fever and pain, and that it's not like a common cold, but I feel really confused...

No problem at all, no need to apologize.
I feel a bit more calm, but I still have some doubts, if it was part of the ARS, would it last that long? When my common cold started, it was like...four weeks since I was with my friend, and even though I don't have fever or pain...since I haven't recovered from my nasal congestion and my pharyngitis, I really feel worried.

Thank you.
I'm still a bit scared, because of this pharyngitis thing...I've read in some places that ARS doesn't include runny noses or sneezing, which I had, but no fever, no other kind of pain, or symptoms...
I'm really trying to relax, and not to become obssesed, after almost four weeks, should I be worried about my pharyngitis or nasal congestion? That's what makes me feel so scared...

You had no risk, your not experiencing ARS symptoms, those symptoms are happening because your stressed and i think you have created a second nick name. You risk being banned by medhelp if you have.

You were protected, so no risk. And your 56 days test results is a very good indicator that you dont have HIV. Relax, you never had an exposure.

I'm from Mexico, by the way...
And it would be three weeks with the nasal congestion and the pharyngitis by now, the nerves are killing me...
