HIV Scare

Hey all. I'm sure EVERYONE has seen questions like this multiple times. Although I can't find something specific to my issue. I am sure it's paranoia but asking people that I have never met that probably wouldn't say I'm fine just to make me feel better is probably best. Yes, I am going to get tested at the 6th week or 3 month mark. More than likely 3 month mark just to be on the safe side.

Here is my story...

I met up with an ex co worker who I had never met (because I do strictly phone calls and don't meet anyone). We had talked for four years and always tried to meet up but never was able to due to schedules. He got a new job and we met up. Had a few drinks and I ended up giving him unprotected oral sex and I went all the way with that. I am wondering what my risk is. I heard that stomach acids get rid of the virus but I dont know how true that is. I know its a low risk thing but this happened on the 11th of September and it's now the 23rd and I have a low grade fever. I got sick on Saturday but that's because I was drinking and ended up throwing up and Sunday I hardly ate or drank liquids. So I'm sure my sore throat could be from throwing up and body pains from being dehydrated. But that doesn't explain the fever. The past couple weeks my kids had a high fever talking like 103-105 degrees. Mine is like 100... I'm just nervous all in all and would like some feedback...

Thank you for taking the time to read this. :)

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

I don't mean to bug but now my jaw line right on the bone is tender to touch as well as under my chin. It feels like it's going down the left side of my neck into my collar bone. Is this a sign of STD or HIV?

I'm trying to move forward RainLover. I really am. I got tested at 21 days which is probably early. I'll do it again in December and then in march. I am wondering if I should get tested for other STD's too. He said he uses protection anytime he has intercourse but he didn't use protection when I gave him oral. I should get my result tomorrow. It's probably going to be negative right now I know it takes 3-6 months. I just needed to do something than sit here and worry. Going back to finish my homework. On a plus side I'm graduating with my associates in December!

No it's not a symptom and you never had an HIV risk from what you engaged in--please try to move on from this.

Sorry me again. Got scared again because I climbed two sets of stairs and had a rapid heart rate and also having lower back pain. Is that a symptom? It's now been two and a half weeks kinda.

As you were told, oral sex is  ZERO risk activity from HIV transmission standpoint.
