ars symptom after 5 weeks? plz help needed

hi , im really thankful if u free my mind , 37 days before i had sex with prostitue , used condom ..but i was having a little cut on fingers cos i was fixing blade in shaving razor i got nick, now after 36 days i got mouth canker and diarrhea ...im really worried , it could be ars symptoms and im infected !! please help me.
