You should get checked out for mycoplasma. I know it has been a long time since your original post, but most likely you have not found an answer to why you have dishydrosis and why it occurred after you had unprotected sex.
Any reason you are replying to a two year old post?
You usually wont have any signs or symptoms of HIV when first infected. Maybe a brief flu-like symptoms a few weeks afterwards... but the dyshidrosis is most likely a symptom of being stressed out - which you obviously are!

"my mouth feels a bit dry all the time...but this happens to me everytime when I am stressed "
symptoms are never a good indicator of hiv infection. those same symptoms can be attributed to many common, every day illnesses.
only a test will tell someone's status. not much else we can tell you.
I am really freaking out here...what up with my mouth. Can someone give any comment on this..
I cant even do my work at work..
I am so so stressed that dont want to eat anything (lost lot of weight) and I keep analysing myself all the time. Now that I am stressed and dont eat much it is just making it worst. For example now I think I have definetely HIV since my mouth feels a bit dry all the time...but this happens to me everytime when I am stressed (e.g. when performing), but it started just yesterday after drinkin some beer and is still ongoing...
I went to 6 weeks tests yesterday..
I agree 100% with lizzie, and YES, you need to stop self-diagnosing off the internet. You can make all of the assumptions in the world based on something you read online, but until you are diagnosed by a DOCTOR, you are only guessing, and that just adds to anxiety. What you describe with your hands is totally inconsistent with true ARS symptoms anyway.
You need to test, just to put this behind you....but the odds are in your favor, as lizzie stated.
A test at 6 weeks will give you a lot of reassurance that you weren't infected, and a follow up test at 3 months post exposure will put it to bed (no pun intended) for good.
I didnt find any link between hiv and dyshidrosis. only 200 hits in google and none of them had any special remarks connecting to hiv. However, I did find this definition of cause for dyshidrosis:
"The condition is probably related to periods of anxiety, stress and frustration. It occurs in ambitious people who internalize their emotion and have difficulty relaxing even during non-stressful periods. Excessive sweating does not cause this condition, but is often associated with it."
It is said everywhere that is related to stress...that is the stress I have been experiences ever since the night. Its like bubblin inside me so I dont wonder why I wouldnt get these blisters.
the odds of acquiring hiv from a one time vaginal exposure (IF THE GIRL IS POSITIVE)...is somewhere around 1 in 1,000. add in the fact that she probably does NOT have hiv AND the short time of exposure and your odds are even better.
to know your status...you can test at 6-8 weeks post exposure for a good indication of your status...but follow up at 3 months for a conclusive result.
(and STOP with the self diagnosing from the internet)
i dont understand were you are coming from jaahas, and no dont worry your self too much makes you sick to your head, try to relax think of the good outcomes not the bad outcomes and think of it this way no point of worrying if there in nothing you can do about it at this moment, relax few deep breaths
and i hope its negative
good luck ;)
Forgot to include. The girl was 21 years old, so I guess that should decrease the risk as well.
