In a video booth mostly separated by a partition, I engaged in some oral, anal, and frotting with another man's penis. I placed a condom on him before I began, and was not planning on any skin to skin contact as I had several HSV2 sores that were almost healed 3/4 up the bottom of my shaft (essentially, no blisters, scabs gone). No issues with the oral, and there was some brief anal poking with 4 just at the opening, and 3 that went in about an inch before I disengaged. That also, was with an intact condom.
But during the last frotting part, my partner must have had an enormous amount of ejaculate because the condom suddenly came off in my hand, and I ended up with semen all on the side and underside of my penis. I washed it all off within 15 minutes of exposure. Up until that time, the only skin-to-skin contact was when I briefly touched his testicles with my hand. I also found out that the condom was several years expired, but in good shape otherwise.
You may have guessed that I have extreme anxiety from this episode. I am still in the window period for testing, but was wondering if you could help me assess my risk of exposure to HIV from what I have described.
