Risk of ORal sex on Woman in Massage Parlour

Hi Doctor ,

This is a wonderful forum for people who are sufffering from HIV anxiety. Thanks for your service.
I am a male from India , Last October I had a protected vaginal sex and gave an unprotected ORal Sex (Cunniglus) to a woman  in a Massage Parlour in Bangkok it was only for a 1 minute. I had an Elisa Test after 3 days , 28 days both turned out to be negative and tested for all STD ( including HSV1,2 -Herpes,Syphillis ) at the 28th day and all turned to be negative. Seeing the results (after 28 days )the health care provider assured me my expousre was negligible risk and I need not worry about HIV or std

Then I had the following Symptoms in the 6 th week,
1.Sore Throat ( No pain) just irritation and flum.( Still it is there mildly for the past 4 weeks).
2.Canker sores (1 painful and 2 painless sores in the mouth).
2.Two three pink coloured non itchy rashes in my arms and shoulder they disappeared after 2-3 days.
3.Anal fissure

Out of anxiety I had another western Blot Test at the 9th week after exposure and it also turned out to be negative.

When I contacted the  HIV helpline in India, they say this is a negligible risk exposure and also said that western blot at 8 weeks is conclsuive for this kind of exposure and i need not do any other tests.

I am still having a lot of anxiety and waiting for the 12 week mark ( 85th day ) to do my elisa test again .

Can i be assured about the negative western blot test at the 9th week mark.? Do I need to test again for all the other STD's after the 3 months period. Please advise.

Thanks for your assurance. but some sites says this activity carries a low risk. Also out of curiosity , what is the reliability of western blot test at 9 weeks.

I will not ask any more repeated questions .Thank you once again.
