Possible Exposures to HIV?

Hello,  Late last year an this year (December 2016 - February 2017), I went to a massage parlor a few of times and she licked my anus for a few minutes (unprotected). She also spit on her fingers and rubbed them on my anus. Please let me share a  brief backstory: In March 2017 (this year), I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy in both feet (doctor thinks its from an oral antibiotic medication, overused to treat a lung infection) Since that time, I went to a few more massage parlors and received more rimjobs from tongues and fingers. One time, it felt like a burning sensation when she licked because I shave my anus from time to time (very worried about this).

Now, for the last 5 weeks, I've been having bad headaches every day for about 90% of the day. My three questions are as follows:

1) Did the multiple  rimjobs I received from these girls' tongues and saliva-covered fingers w/ possibility of Blood mixed with her saliva (I couldn't see if there was blood) expose me to HIV?

2) Is my peripheral neuropathy and daily headaches a sign of HIV after these exposures occurred?

3) In November and December of 2016, I has a very pimply rash on my chest back and shoulders as I was on a couple of oral antibiotics at the time. I worried this rash was from HIV and not the meds I was on because I was at the massage parlor with these risks in December. Is all of this from HIV?

Sorry for the long backstory, but I feel the details are important here. Can a professional please assist?

Thank you.

No risk for HIV and no need to test. Possible risk for other STD's and testing is advised.

So, one last question...Based on the details I gave above (exposures/symptoms), do I need to test for HIV? Or should I not worry about it?

Thank you.

Your chances of being infected with HIV are pretty low during rimming/analingus. The CDC reports that the HIV virus is not found in feces itself. And the amount of HIV that can be present in saliva is too small to infect another person, making mouth-to-anus infection unlikely. According to the CDC, there would not be a risk of HIV transmission unless blood was also transmitted between partners (such as if the performing partner was HIV+ and had blood in his/her mouth, or the recipient was bleeding from the anus and the active partner had an open cut or sore in his or her mouth. The number of times you engage in analingus does not increase your chances of HIV infection. There has only been ONE documented  case of HIV transmission from analingus in nearly 40 years. That makes your risk virtually negligible.

Your peripheral neuropathy and daily headaches have absolutely no relation to HIV. Daily headaches are almost always attributable to anxiety and/or stress.

The rash you had back in December of 2016 was also totally unrelated to HIV. It was most probably due to the stew of antibiotics you were taking.

Since you seem to have some anxiety about your sexual activity, why not use a condom? I know most people don't like the way they feel or taste, but it would end any and all anxiety. Just a thought.

Analingus DOES carry risks for certain STD's and I would strongly recommend that you get tested at least every 3 months.

Thank you! I feel better now, but I have one more thought... could that pimply rash I had in December have been from syphilis? And now my daily headaches (which began 5 weeks ago/every day) are from syphilis as well? Or, are you attributing this all to stress?

I would really appreciate if you could answer this question as well bc I value your opinion. Thank you.
The std forum will give you the best answers about syphilis and other std. If you find you can't catch any std from what you did then there is nothing to worry about so try to relax and see if the headaches etc go away.
