Broken Condom -HIV Risk

Hello, thanks for the help beforehand to the medics here

A few months ago i had an incindent concerning a HIV Risk, i can't say i have sex but due to acohol influences i was about to have it with a trasvesti from my country wich his HIV state is unkown to me, i put the condom on and just a second after i was pushing inside the condom broke, immediately me and the other person notice it and i pull it out 2 or 3 seconds max after the penetration( no trusting whatsoever just the intend of getting inside), my penis only got in until the half of it before taking it out, i saw it and see no blood, fluids or anything that could worry me at first site, i have never had any ETS disiases, i'm circumcised, and never had any other incident coursening an ETS trasmision

All things a side i'm very consern of what are the odds of me getting VIH from these incident, and i would be very gratefull if some of the doctors here could help me that. And another thing as a question, are there any studies or knowledge that could sugest that the HIV is instantanious in any way, that just been inside a person for a few seconds could lead to a transmision.

Thanks for the help really, i'll be wating for your answer.

Hello, in this forum your questions are answered by other users and most of us aren't doctors or related to the medical field.

Regarding HIV, the most important thing a condom does is to protect your penis head, HIV cannot penetrate intact skin, like your penis shaft.

If your condom was still protecting you penis head, there won't be any risk for HIV, just some risk for other STDs.

If your penis head wasn't covered, then, there is a risk for HIV, the fact that your encounter was brief, and wasn't rough lowers the risk, but doesn't make it zero.

On average, the chances of getting HIV from anal insertive sex are around 1 in 900, so it would be advised to get tested.

Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for your coment aprecciate it
, where's the forum where i can get a medical response from a doctor ?
The doctors forum has been closed for a long time, only the users forum remains.

The fact that most us aren't doctors doesn't mean you can't trust our advice. We're highly committed and take our participation here very seriously, the information we provide comes from trustworthy sources and we've spend countless hours preparing for this.

You can see each user's reputation by the number of stars shown near the users's name, that would give you a hint about the quality of the answer you're receiving.

I'd understand if that is not enough for you, in that case I'd encourage you to look for a paid online service or visit a local clinic or doctor of your trust.

Hope this helps.
