Hey!

So I was wondering, I am a bi male, and am quite sexually active (I have slept with about 8 people in two years... Maybe not as active as others)

I always practice safe sex, oral and anal, and had a test about 4 months ago after a slip- up with oral sex, which came back negative.... Is there a need for me to be tested simply because I am sexually active? I also received oral sex for about 10 seconds without a condom.

Let me know if I am worrying myself about nothing haha, thanks for your time.

Thanks Lizzie. I always worry that the number of people I sleep with, rather than the risk taken is going to effect me in some way... I am changing it now anyway, it doesn't feel good mentally all this casual stuff, and I will get a test, just to make sure.

Cheers guys xx

That is great thanks mate. Are there any risks with penetrative sex with condoms? I always test them afterwards for breakages...

Oral sex is not a risk of HIV transmission.  Anyone one that is sexually active should have a sexual health exam annually.
