Rubbing of penis on vagina

Hi all, 3 days ago, i make out with a girl whom i know at the bar.. She was having menses at that point of time and we were making out in the bathroom. I did not penetrate her however, we were kissing and i was rubbing my unerected penis on her vaginal. My penis was not circumcise but my foreskin was being pulled to the back. I have read multiple post and i realise the doctor commented that no penetration == no HIV transmission. However, as the inner foreskin of my penis consist of mucous membrane.. My question is that, if the menses blood infected with HIV came into contact with my inner foreskin(without penetration), will i be infected with HIV. secondly, if there is pre-cum fluid at the tip of my penis, will this rubbing action without penetration caused any transmission? I am getting really worried and regretful as it was really an act of impulsiveness. Please advice me if there is any risk of contracting HIV. appreciate all your help!!! THANK YOU!!

icic. THANK YOU! I felt more relieved after hearing what you say. Thank you for the clarification. One last question, if the infected menses blood stain on my inner foreskin and dries up over a period of time, will the virus pass through the mucous membrane on my foreskin and causing me to get infected? THANKS!

No blood is not a high transmission means of HIV unless it is from IV drug use. HIV is unable to infect outside of the body.

But blood is one of the serious means that carries and transmit HIV cells.. Upon contact with my inner foreskin during rubbing, is there really no HIV transmission? Thanks!!
