When i was young, i did oral sex with my friend.

Im currently 15. Im a malaysian chinese. I stay in malaysia. I just learned about HIV And im freaking out. because when i was 11. i did oral sex on my 14 years old friend (hes currently 18) And he did it to me of course. we did it for at least 4 times in 3 years ( 11, 12 ,13 ) i didnt do it when i was 14. And a few handjobs. I totally regret it. I am absolutely sure we did that only. And about a month ago, i went for holidays in the US. I stayed in a hotel in San Fransisco. And i stepped on a SEWING needle. actually i stepped on it twice. the first time was before i sleep. it didnt really hurt soo i didnt care about it. Then when i wake up about 7 hours later. i stepped on it again. But this time it bleed abit. like a drop? Im very scaredd. please help me. Sorry for me bad english. im malaysian.

Oral sex never poses HIV risk, no matter what.

And HIV becomes inactive/uninfectious immediately when it's exposed to the air, so even if that sewing needle had already got blood with HIV in it (which was unlikely), you still had no chance of contracting HIV from it at all, but it isn't nice of course to step on such stuff so be careful next time.
