hiv? extremely unlikely, but there is a small risk of other stds which can be spread by skin to skin contact. hiv requires penetration to be transmitted effectively - it would be very rare to contract hiv in the manner you describe as it rapidly 'dies' outside the body.
That is not an HIV risk...rubbing is not a risk.
